The Green Office Program -- hosted by the Office of Sustainability -- celebrated Green Office Representatives on December 7th, 2022. Representatives networked and shared ideas on increasing sustainability in UMD's office spaces. New and returning offices were highlighted for sustainability efforts throughout the year. The Office of Sustainability also shared plans to update the Green Office Program to meet post-COVID office realities.
Representatives from UMD's Libraries, Dining Services, Mail Services, Residential Facilities, and Transportation Services joined Office of Sustainability staff to discuss sustainability programs and explore new opportunities to engage with the campus.
In Fall 2023, the Office of Sustainability will launch a new program to engage staff in sustainability on campus. Contact greenoffice@umd.edu if you are interested in being involved.
