The Center for Sustainability in the Built Environment
City@UMD research projects focus on technologies for sustainable improvements of public health in cities. City@UMD recent research activities centered on respiratory health and building ventilation are funded by federal agencies, companies, and non-profit organizations.
Sustainable Maryland
Sustainable Maryland is a certification program for municipalities in Maryland that want to go green, save money and take steps to sustain their quality of life over the long term.
